The DIANA Best Overall Manufacturer Award is a distributor-driven nomination process. HDA distributor members are asked to nominate their top five manufacturer partners in each of the categories.
Each award category will have a second and first merit finalist.

Each nomination from HDA distributor members includes an overall score. HDA will tabulate the nominations and scores submitted by the distributor members to compile a list of finalists for each category. Finalists will be selected from those companies that receive the most nominations and the highest scores. HDA will then release the list of finalists to its distributor members, who are asked to rank the finalists in each judging category. HDA will compile the final votes and present the awards on Monday, June 3, at its annual Business and Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida.
The nomination process for the DIANA Best New Product or Promotion Awards is primarily initiated by manufacturers, with members asked to submit nomination materials in the applicable six categories. HDA distributor members also may nominate a trading partner for the awards. The six best new product introduction or promotion awards will recognize HDA manufacturer members for their company’s innovative new product introductions or promotional programs for the healthcare distribution industry.

HDA will aggregate and send all nominations to the DIANA judging committee. The judging committee will score and rank each nomination and return the results to HDA. HDA will then compile the final votes and present the awards on Monday, June 3, at its annual Business and Leadership Conference in Orlando, Fla.
