Sponsoring the Traceability Seminar provides an opportunity to increase exposure and build relationships. This seminar attracts hundreds of healthcare distributors and manufacturers for two days of learning and networking events. Table-tops will be visited by attendees during various networking receptions, meals and breaks, providing quality exhibit time.
Sponsors will be given a 6’ table, two full seminar registrations and sponsorship recognition. Table-tops may be decorated with marketing materials.

Table-top cancellation must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to the HDA Meetings and Conferences Department at (703) 812-0539 by Monday, September 17, 2018, for a partial refund. A $500 processing fee will apply (individual cancellation fees still applicable). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Monday, September 17, 2018. Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company.
