Conference Coordinators

BLC meeting coordinators are primary points of contact for your company, who receive and act on the critical information required to prepare your company for the key milestones of the business appointment process.

BLC meeting coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Acting as your organization’s point of contact for the conference;
  • Registering your team members for the conference;
  • Entering table topics and table captains (distributors);
  • Assigning individuals to specific tables (distributors) and teams (manufacturers);
  • Assisting in the appointment request process; and,
  • Maintaining and updating your company’s information.
