Prepare to Meet Virtually in PartnerLinx

This year, the PartnerLinx system will not only generate the schedules for your business appointments, but also serve as a “gateway” to the general session and your virtual one-on-ones. All meetings will be hosted in the Zoom app.

How Will Virtual Meetings Work?

  1. Do not have or know your password? Click on "Forgot Password" at www.partnerlinx.com. From here, you will be redirected to the HDA website. Once you have completed the steps on the HDA website, return to the PartnerLinx website and re-enter your email address and new password.

  2. Your schedule and confirmed meetings will have a blue camera icon. If you log in and see several tables/teams, click on a specific table/team to see the schedule.

  3. To view the individuals participating in your meetings, from your schedule page, click “print all” and it will give you a PDF file with a list of names. You can print or save this document.

  4. Before your first appointment on Monday, July 20, click on the blue camera icon to join the virtual meeting. The “Join Virtual Meeting” button will activate five minutes before the appointment starts.

  5. Click “Leave” when you are ready to exit and join another meeting. Navigate back to your PartnerLinx browser window.

  6. Click on the next appointment and then “Join Virtual Meeting.”

  7. Repeat steps two thru six for all confirmed appointments.

  8. If you download your schedule to your personal calendar (i.e., Outlook), the Zoom meeting information will not transfer. You must log into PartnerLinx to join the virtual meetings.

  9. A Zoom link to the general session will be available through your schedule in the PartnerLinx system. In addition, HDA will send a direct Zoom link to the general session on Monday morning, July 20.

HDA has prepared a video tutorial and user guide, which provide attendees with detailed system requirements, offer tips on virtual appointment participation as well as include step-by-step instructions on how to access and successfully navigate the appointment software.

Top Five Tips

  1. Do not have or know your password? Click on “Forgot Password” at www.partnerlinx.com. From here, you will be redirected to the HDA website. Once you have completed the steps on the HDA website, return to the PartnerLinx website and re-enter your email address and new password.
