2020 Business and Leadership Conference Update

Although there is uncertainty around the status of the Business and Leadership Conference due to the rapidly evolving coronavirus pandemic, this meeting is currently going forward as planned. HDA continues to closely monitor updates provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), and will keep members and attendees informed about any changes.

Conference Coordinators

BLC meeting coordinators are primary points of contact for your company, who receive and act on the critical information required to prepare your company for the key milestones of the business appointment process.

BLC meeting coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Acting as your organization’s point of contact for the conference;
  • Registering your team members for the conference;
  • Entering table topics and table captains (distributors);
  • Assigning individuals to specific tables (distributors) and teams (manufacturers);
  • Assisting in the appointment request process; and,
  • Maintaining and updating your company’s information.
