Andrew Boyle  
Andrew Boyle, Co-President, Boyle Transportation

Andrew Boyle is co-president of Boyle Transportation, a specialized trucking firm that provides exceptional quality, safety, and security to select clients in defense and life sciences. Prior to returning to the company in 2003, Andrew was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an AB from Bowdoin College.

Andrew is vice chair of the American Trucking Associations and is a board member of the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI). He is past chair of the Trucking Association of Massachusetts and is a member of Northwestern University Transportation Center’s business advisory committee. He’s also a trustee of Eastern Bank and serves on boards and committees of several non-profit organizations including House of Hope and The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp.

Andrew and his wife Keri live in suburban Boston with their three children. He’s an active youth basketball coach.

Charles Forsaith

Chuck Forsaith joined Purdue Pharma L.P. in 2001, after 21 years of service as both a New Hampshire municipal and State Police officer – and also having formally directed security operations for a United States Military Installation.

His responsibilities with Purdue Pharma include managing all domestic and international supply chain security efforts, as well as regulatory compliance with all Federal and International supply chain security programs. He also acts as the Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Cargo Security Coalition (PCSC), which consists of members from a wide variety of disciplines who monitor the security of pharmaceutical goods, in both transit and storage all over the world.

He has lectured domestically and internationally in the disciplines of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain and Site Security for such organizations as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Food and Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration, the United States Department of Justice, United States Customs and the United States Department of Homeland Security.

James Fries  
James Fries, CEO, Rx 360

Jim Fries is the CEO of Rx-360. He is a culture driven, metric based executive, with a passion for building organizations. Areas of success within healthcare include global sales/marketing strategy, business development, market access, joint ventures, government relations, regulatory pathways, and non-profit management. Being able to drive a personal mission around patient safety and best practices is a daily motivation.

Cynthia Hetherington  
Cynthia Hetherington, President, Hetherington Group

Cynthia Hetherington, MLS, MSM, CFE, CII is the founder and president of Hetherington Group, a consulting, publishing, and training firm that leads in due diligence, corporate intelligence, and cyber investigations by keeping pace with the latest security threats and assessments. She has authored three books on how to conduct investigations, is the publisher of the newsletter, Data2know: Internet and Online Intelligence, and has trained over 180,000 investigators, security professionals, attorneys, accountants, auditors, military intelligence professionals, and federal, state, and local agencies on best practices.

For more than 25 years, Ms. Hetherington has led national and international investigations in corporate due diligence and fraud, personal asset recovery, and background checks. With a specialization in the financial, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industries, her investigations have recovered millions of dollars in high profile corruption cases, assisting on the investigations of the top two Ponzi cases in United States history.

Ms. Hetherington provides expert commentary for national and international media outlets, including, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Irish Times, Washington Times, ABC News, and VoiceAmerica. Ms. Hetherington has presented at over 500 conferences across North America. In 2012, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners named her the James Baker Speaker of the Year.

In 2015, Ms. Hetherington founded the OSMOSIS Institute, host of the annual OSMOSIS Conference. Hundreds of investigators across the nation attend to gain insights into Open Source Intelligence and receive training from the most recognized social media and open source trainers in North America.

Tony Pelli  
Tony Pelli, Senior Supply Chain Risk Consultant, BSI Supply Chain Services and Solutions

Tony is an experienced supply chain risk consultant with a broad range of specialized skill sets, including experience in conducting end-to-end, enterprise-level supply chain risk assessments for clients and their supply chain partners. As a member of BSI’s Advisory team, he also helps clients design, implement and refine their supply chain security programs and management systems. Tony has led assessments where he models, forecasts, and quantifies the risk of cargo theft, counterfeiting, and other supply chain risks, and has assessed over $50 billion in trade in the electronics, pharmaceutical, and consumer products industries over the past three years. Tony has also designed loss prevention and security assessments, mapped and assessed security and business continuity risk in supply chains for Fortune 500 companies, and assisted in the successful implementation of supply chain security plans, policies, and procedures.

Tony has also completed intensive training in non-proliferation and arms control at the Center for International Trade and Security and assessed the impact of strategic trade controls on legitimate commercial trade. Tony has a degree in History and International Affairs from the University of Georgia.
