Table-top sponsorship space will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy
Table-top cancellation must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to the HDA Meetings and Conferences Department at (703) 812-0539 by Tuesday, April 14, 2020, for a refund, minus a $500 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Tuesday, April 14, 2020
