The 2021 Annual Board and Membership Meeting will be held virtually on HDA’s PartnerLinx® platform. The system will not only generate the schedules for your business appointments, but also serve as a “gateway” to the general sessions and your virtual one-on-ones. All meetings will be launched from PartnerLinx in the Zoom app. For more detailed instructions, download HDA’s User Guide.
To prepare for your virtual meetings and general sessions, please follow these steps to ensure you can access PartnerLinx.
Each company has a designated appointment coordinator to request and accept appointments for your team. Appointments will be held in 30-minute intervals (with 10-minute breaks in between) during the following times:
PartnerLinx will be open from September 6–22 for coordinators to create appointments. Make your appointment requests directly in the PartnerLinx system.
Once logged in, you will see your schedule populated with confirmed appointments and the general session links.

Important Note: If you download your schedule to your personal calendar (i.e., Outlook), the Zoom meeting information will not transfer. You must log in to PartnerLinx to join the virtual meetings.
