Your company's primary contact for the conference must register your organization no later than Monday, May 17, 2021. This ensures your listing in the PartnerLinx® 2.0 scheduling system and allows your company to request appointments with your trading partners.
At least one individual from your company must be registered to access PartnerLinx® 2.0.
Distributors
HDA distributor members pay a flat fee to register for the event based on each company's 2021 membership dues. Registration fee invoices were emailed to your company's HDA board member or primary contact for processing. Copies also were emailed to your company's conference coordinator.
There is no limit to the number of individuals distributor members that may register to attend the event for the single company fee. It is important that each distributor company host a minimum of three tables. We recommend including table topics such as consumer/over-the-counter appointments, Med-Surg/PPE and new business.

There is no limit to the number of individuals per team. The teams will be managed through PartnerLinx.

Appointments will be created in PartnerLinx and through your own individual outreach using a PDF registration list that HDA will provide to you.
