Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDA by Friday, January 22, 2021, for a partial refund. A $200 processing fee applies to cancellations postmarked by this date. The processing fee for a spouse or guest cancellation is $50. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations made after Friday, January 22, 2021. Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company at no additional charge. After Friday, January 22, 2021, a $100 processing fee will apply for any substitutions.
