With the many changes due to COVID-19, HDA is asking all attendees to agree to the HDA COVID-19 policy (listed below) to register for DMC. Please be advised that online registration must be paid by credit card. If you are paying by ACH or company check, contact the Meetings and Conferences Department or call (703) 885-0220.

By attending this event, I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and agree to not hold HDA or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or sponsored venues liable for illness. I will take necessary precautions while at the event including, but not limited to, engaging in appropriate social distancing, wearing a mask in public areas when not actively consuming food or beverage, minimize face touching, frequently washing hands and avoiding risky environments such as overcrowded bars or restaurants. I agree to not attend any HDA event if I feel ill or had recent exposure (within 14 days) to a COVID-19 case.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDA by Monday, July 26, 2021. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made after Monday, July 26 2021. Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company at no additional charge.
