This conference follows a tiered registration format; please make note of the deadlines for each pricing. Payment must be received prior to pricing deadline, if pricing is not received by the deadline, you will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to HDA by Friday, February 10, 2023, for a full refund. A $200 processing fee applies to cancellations received from Saturday, February 11, 2023, until Friday, February 24, 2023. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations made after Friday, February 24, 2023. Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company at no additional charge. After Friday, February 10, 2023, a $100 processing fee will apply for any substitutions.

HDA recognizes the safety of all of those attending the Distribution Management Conference and Expo in person at the JW Marriott Indianapolis as a top priority. HDA is committed to following health and safety guidelines for in-person events. At the 2023 Distribution Management Conference & Expo, HDA encourages attendees to take any necessary precautions to protect themselves and fellow attendees including mask wearing, hand washing, social distancing, and any additional CDC guidance.
Attendee Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering for and attending the Distribution Management Conference & Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana, I agree to comply with all COVID-19 health and safety guidelines adopted by HDA, which are based on recommended guidelines from the CDC. I acknowledge receipt of and have read these policies.
I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure to communicable disease such as COVID-19 and agree to not hold HDA or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or meeting / conference venues liable for illness.
I will take necessary precautions while attending the event.
I agree to not attend any HDA in-person event if I test positive for COVID-19, exhibit COVID-19 symptoms or have had a known recent exposure (close contact, within 14 days) to a positive COVID-19 case.
