Many stakeholders in the supply chain — including physicians, pharmacists, manufacturers, distributors, federal and state regulators, law enforcement, and others — share responsibility for opioid abuse and misuse in our country. It is important to understand the role each stakeholder plays as we work to end the current opioid epidemic.
