ARLINGTON, Va. — For the seventh consecutive year, the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA) is named one of the 2017 Best Places to Work in Virginia by Virginia Business magazine and Best Companies Group.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses. The 2017 Best Places to Work in Virginia list is made up of 100 companies.
“We are thrilled to kick off 2017 with this honor,” said HDA President and CEO John M. Gray. “Every day we strive to create a positive working environment that allows our staff to excel in their positions, achieve legislative victories, present top-notch educational opportunities and deliver high-quality service to our member companies.”
To be considered for participation, companies entered a two-part survey process that measured employee satisfaction and experience. All organizations had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
HDA and the other winning organizations will be formally announced at an awards luncheon on February 2, 2017, in Williamsburg, Va.
