ARLINGTON, Va. — The HDA Research Foundation has conferred four graduate-level scholarships to pharmaceutical supply chain leaders.
"Our Foundation scholars represent the curiosity and dedication of the people that make up our industry — who work to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of lifesaving medicines and healthcare products in the U.S. each and every day,” said Perry Fri, Executive Vice President and COO of the HDA Research Foundation. “We are proud to foster the continuous growth of HDA-member professionals, their companies, and ultimately, support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare supply chain, through our annual scholarship program.”
Established in 2018 in conjunction with the Healthcare Distribution Alliance’s (HDA) Convene initiative, the HDA Research Foundation Scholarship Program is open to industry professionals pursuing a graduate degree with at least two years of experience working within an HDA-member distributor or manufacturer company. Candidates were evaluated based on an essay and letters of support, among other requirements.
