Linda W. Hoyt is HDA’s Vice President of Human Resources. In her current position, she is responsible for compensation, recruitment, performance management, benefits and training across the organization. Prior to HDA, Hoyt served as Senior Manager of Administration for the Grocery Manufacturers Association. She also was Manager of Administration and Personnel for the American Meat Institute.
Hoyt currently serves on the Society for Human Resource Management Board of Directors for the Dulles Chapter, and served as President of the chapter in 2010. She attended the State University of New York in Geneseo and is a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management.
