Building Relationships, Sharing Knowledge and Preparing the Next Generation of Supply Chain Professionals
From the seasoned executive to the individual who has just entered the workforce, each one of us can benefit from the sharing of professional experience and knowledge. Whether you are interested in shaping the next generation of supply chain leaders, or seeking career help from an industry veteran, HDA’s Mentoring Program can help you make a meaningful connection.
Since 2014, the program has established professional relationships for more than 200 men and women, at all stages of their careers. Open to HDA members, the program pairs manufacturers with distributors or third-party service provider professionals to avoid conflicts of interest. Mentors may guide mentees through specific projects or share general advice on navigating through a career in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
