Stacey Allaster is an internationally renowned sports and entertainment leader, champion of equality, and trailblazer in the sport of tennis.

Currently, Stacey is the United States Tennis Association’s Chief Executive, Professional Tennis & US Open Tournament Director responsible for setting the strategic vision and growth strategy for the US Open and for the USTA’s professional tennis division. With her appointment to the role of Tournament Director in June 2020, Stacey became the first-ever female tournament director in the organization’s 140-year history.

Previously, Stacey was the Tournament Director of the Canadian Open and the VP of Sales & Marketing. In 2006, she joined the Women’s Tennis Association for three years where she served as President and was later promoted to Chairman and CEO. During her tenure, Stacey grew player prize money by 100 percent, and oversaw the global expansion of women’s professional tennis, including a robust Asia-Pacific growth strategy. Throughout her career, Stacey has been a fierce advocate for equality in women’s sports, playing a lead role in in securing equal prize money for women at Wimbledon and Roland Garros and all major WTA events.

In 2022, Stacey was awarded the Order of Canada in the companion category for her work in gender equality, one of the highest civilian honors in her native country. Additionally, she has been named by Forbes as one of the most powerful women in sport and a 50 over 50 Visionary and most recently the Billie Jean King Leadership award. Stacey is currently a board member of Blue Grace Logistics, the Canadian Olympic Committee, the Women’s Sports Network and numerous advisory boards including the University of South Florida’s College of Business.

Chris has been with Cardinal Health since 1987 in Quality and Regulatory Affairs, at both the field and corporate levels, responsible for wholesale drug distribution compliance. Over the past ten years, he has built a quality system supporting the Pharmaceutical Distribution business.

Chris led the development of the current innovative and sustainable cold chain packaging process for Cardinal Health that has been recognized through the industry through various awards, speaking invitations and publications.

In his quality role, Chris has regulatory responsibility for the quality systems that support compliance, temperature management and DSCSA regulatory support.

Chris was a member of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Packaging and Distribution Expert Committee Member.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University in Political Science and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior.

Josh Bolin serves as the Associate Executive Director for Federal Affairs and Strategy for the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). Since joining NABP in 2005, Josh has worked on development of PMP InterConnect, multiple pharmacy accreditation and inspection programs, including accreditation programs for durable medical equipment and specialty pharmacy, and inspection programs for the prescription drug supply chain, sterile and nonsterile compounding and nuclear pharmacy. Josh also worked with NABP’s member boards of pharmacy to develop NABP’s Universal Inspection form and Multistate Inspection Blueprint, which are tools to assist the boards of pharmacy in conducting uniform inspections of sterile compounding facilities. Josh is currently working with NABP member boards of pharmacy on uniform processes and tools with respect to the DSCSA.

Prior to returning to the company in 2003, Andrew was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an AB from Bowdoin College, where his academic performance was undistinguished and his athletic career was underwhelming.

Andrew is the chair of the American Trucking Associations and a member of the American Transportation Research Institute’s (ATRI) board of directors and of Northwestern University Transportation Center’s business advisory committee. Deedre Daniel founded The Interesting Conversations Company® to help people think creatively, LAUGH, and build stronger bonds with others. Before starting this business, she spent nearly two decades at GEICO, where she rose through the ranks from call center sales associate to head the Affinity Marketing division. Her team was responsible for the marketing strategy for members of over 800 organizations using a $50 million budget. As the director of that division, she was predominantly a "paid professional schmoozer" - attending hundreds of networking events for these organizations each year. She noticed most people struggled to make lasting connections with others at these events. This universal inability to connect inspired her to create a course called How to be More Interesting Than a Cell Phone®. (A book with the same title is coming out soon!) She invented The Very Interesting Game™ to go with the course. One version of the card game is for sale on Amazon.

When COVID-19 arrived, she turned her signature talk and the card game into a virtual experience for team building and remote networking events - helping others boost optimism and get closer despite social distancing. She served as the game show host for more than 100 virtual sessions for private events with players worldwide in under a year. The Very Interesting Game Show® recently received a registered trademark, too!

Deedre is a graduate of Florida Southern College and lives in Lakeland, Florida, with her husband, Robert, their dog, Spartacus, and her active imagination. When she isn't busy making life more interesting, she writes new cards for other versions of her game and works on the 501(c)(3) she founded called T he Big Fat Tip ®. Chester “Chip” Davis, Jr., JD, is the President and Chief Executive Office of HDA and President of the HDA Research Foundation. HDA is the national association representing pharmaceutical distributors — the vital link between the nation’s 1,400 manufacturers and nearly 330,000 sites of care. Mr. Davis oversees HDA’s day-to-day
operations and is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s members have a strong advocacy voice in legislation, regulation and policy.

Mr. Davis joined HDA in March 2020 from the Association of Accessible Medicines (AAM), the nation’s leading trade association for manufacturers of generic and biosimilar medicines, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2015. Prior to AAM, Mr. Davis held leadership roles at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America and AstraZeneca, where in 2007 he was recognized as one of the
inaugural winners of the CEO Leadership Award.

She has spoken previously both in-person and virtually regarding DSCSA compliance and how to overcome challenges to implementation within the wholesale distribution community. Dr. Heather Easterling is a Senior Managing Consultant for 340B Solutions at McKesson. Her primary responsibilities include engaging with health system customers to optimize their 340B program and implementing McKesson 340B strategy.

Prior to McKesson, Dr. Easterling served as the System Administrative Officer of Pharmacy Services at MUSC Health in Charleston, SC, Clinical Associate Dean of Medical Center Affairs for the MUSC College of Pharmacy, and Director of Pharmacy Graduate Education for residency programs.

Dr. Easterling earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy and a Master’s in Business Administration from The Citadel Graduate College. She also completed a 24-month pharmacy practice management residency.

Dr. Easterling’s main area of experience is in health system pharmacy operations and promoting the profession through expansion of clinical pharmacy services. She has extensive knowledge of the 340B program and using the program’s benefit to promote health care services to the underserved.

Chuck Forsaith is the Vice President of the Healthcare Distribution Alliance’s Pharmaceutical Cargo Security Coalition (PCSC), which offers supply chain security intelligence; access to contacts from industry, government, and vendor trade disciplines; as well as education opportunities to its membership. The Coalition, which Forsaith formed in 2006, brings together professionals from a wide variety of disciplines, to monitor the security of pharmaceutical goods in transit and storage, all over the world. The PCSC became part of HDA in 2017.
Forsaith has been involved in pharmaceutical supply chain security for more than 20 years, following a career as both a New Hampshire municipal and State Police officer. He also, directed security operations for a United States military intelligence gathering installation.

He has lectured both domestically and internationally in the disciplines of supply chain and site security for such organizations as the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency, United States Customs, the United States Merchant Marine Academy, the Partnership for Safe Medicines, ASIS and TAPA. He is an active member of the American Society of Industrial Security, the Transported Asset Protection Association, the Overseas Security Advisory Council and the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators.

Forsaith has either authored articles for, or been featured in articles published in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the UK's London Times, Germany's Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, the Financial Times, Business Week, American Shipper, Security Info Watch, Life Science Reader, Security Technology Executive, Cargo Security International and Homeland Security Today.

Kristen L. Freitas is HDA’s SVP, Federal Government Affairs and Alliance Development. She is responsible for federal legislative advocacy where she develops and maintains relationships with key congressional legislators and their staff, as well as conducts direct lobbying in support of association policies and positions. Kristen also is responsible for fostering relationships with supply chain stakeholders to develop alliances supporting safe and reliable healthcare distribution in the U.S. Further, Kristen oversees the HDA Political Action Committee (PAC) and grassroots activities.

Prior to joining HDA, Freitas worked as Manager, Government Affairs for PacifiCare Health Systems, and before that, for a specialty nursing association and for the National Association for Chain Drug Stores (NACDS). Prior to NACDS, she served as a Director of Outreach for a former Member of Congress.

She holds a degree in International Relations from Michigan State University and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from George Mason University.

Dr. Ganio is Senior Director of Pharmacy Practice and Quality at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. As a member of the ASHP Center on Medication Safety and Quality, his responsibilities span the practice of pharmacy and include drug shortages, sterile and non-sterile drug compounding practices, and hazardous drug safety.

Dr. Ganio earned his Pharm.D. from Rutgers University Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, and his master’s degree in health-system pharmacy administration from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. He completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

As a member of ASHP staff, Dr. Ganio has been an advocate for the advancement of pharmacy practice as a liaison to several federal agencies and healthcare organizations. He is a recognized expert on drug shortages and has represented pharmacists and patients at several meetings, including with the Executive Office of the President and as an expert witness testifying before Congress.

Dr. Mark Hardy, Pharm D is the Executive Director of the ND Board of Pharmacy. Mark is a native of Neche, ND and a 2007 graduate of the North Dakota State University College of Pharmacy where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.

On behalf of the Board of Pharmacy, Dr Hardy ensures the public safety by supervising licensing of pharmacists, pharmacies, pharmacy technicians, prescription drug wholesalers and manufacturers; establishing policies and regulations for the practice of pharmacy. He also is responsible for the operation of the state of North Dakota’s Prescription Drug Monitoring Program, which facilitates controlled substance information to help identify and inhibit diversion in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Mark has been active in the profession of pharmacy in North Dakota serving in leadership positions with the NDSU School of Pharmacy and the ND Pharmacist Association. Mark previously served as the chair of the Prescription Monitoring Program Interconnect committee which fosters interstate sharing of data between PMPs. Mark has been active within the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy serving on Task Forces, participating in multiple work groups and providing presentations of his experiences. Mark has been recognized by his peers with the 2022 NABP Lester E. Dr. Nicolette Louissaint serves as the Senior Vice President for Policy and Strategic Planning for the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA). In this role, she leads HDA’s efforts to build policies and strategic approaches to bolster supply chain resilience and reinforce the role of healthcare distributors in the healthcare ecosystem.

She previously served as the Executive Director and President of Healthcare Ready, a 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on strengthening the United States’ healthcare supply chain preparedness and response before, during and after natural disasters and disease pandemics. Under her leadership, Healthcare Ready strengthened its position as a facilitator and coordinator that improves our nation's ability to plan for and respond to threats that disrupt patient access to healthcare during crises, including COVID-19.

Prior to this, Dr. Louissaint served as the Senior Advisor to the U.S. Department of State’s Special Coordinator for Ebola during the height of the 2014 epidemic. In this role, she was responsible for coordinating international efforts and jumpstarted the diplomatic response to the epidemic. Earlier in her career, Nicolette served as a Foreign Affairs Officer in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs. As the lead officer for health intellectual property and trade issues, she developed on policies and strategies related to pharmaceutical counterfeiting, pharmaceutical trade, supply chain, climate change and other science and technology development issues.

Dr. Louissaint previously served on the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s National Advisory Council in 2019 and chaired the Equity Working Group. Her current roles also include serving on Baltimore City’s Sustainability Commission, as a board member of Project HOPE, and as a Co-Chair of theHealthcare and Public Health Sector Coordinating Council. In 2020, Dr. Louissaint was named one of The Root 100 Most Influential African Americans.

She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University, a PhD in Pharmacology and Molecular Sciences from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. She completed post-doctoral fellowships at the Johns Hopkins University and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Leon has managed direct relationships with hundreds of H-E-B suppliers of Rx, OTC, and Home Diagnostics controlling an annual budget of over $2 billion per year. He currently is Chairman of The Buyers Consortium, LLC, representing 1200 retail stores and $1 billion in Generics Purchasing opportunity with group contracting. He directs, trains, and coaches business development experts to support all aspects of procurement, immunizations, store communications, third party reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, medication therapy management and helps form strategies for business development and buying.

Tish Eggleston Pahl is a principal at Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Matz PC. She is regulatory counsel to drug, cosmetic, dietary supplement and food clients with concerns before the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, and other federal agencies. Her work has encompassed representation of companies making and marketing human and animal prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. She has particular expertise in the areas of health care communications, advertising and labeling of FDA-regulated products. Further, she advises trade association clients on a range of antitrust and trade regulation issues.

Since November 2013, Tish has been heavily involved with implementation of the Drug Quality and Security Act (DQSA). She has advised pharmacy compounders and outsourcing facilities on their new FDA responsibilities under Title I of the DQSA. She has worked closely with pharmaceutical supply chain stakeholders, including manufacturers, repackagers, and wholesale distributors, on implementation of Title II of the DQSA, the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).

Tish is a regular participant in HDA activities, providing FDA regulatory and antitrust counsel to the Public Policy Council, the Traceability Implementation Work Group, the Regulatory Affairs Committee, the Returns Task Force, and other committees.

Brandy Porter is the Assistant Center Director for the Pharmaceuticals, Health, and Chemicals (PHC) Center of Excellence and Expertise for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Andrew has 25 years of IT experience, including 12 years of professional cybersecurity experience. Prior to joining True North, Andrew spent four years at CLEAR Secure Inc, where he supported three distinct avenues of the business: Product Security, Product Innovation, and Product Operations. As CLEAR’s first Product Security hire, Andrew was responsible for building application security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and penetration testing programs from the ground-up, as well as maintaining strict compliance with NIST 800-53 “FISMA High” standards, and interfacing with regulators at TSA/DHS. After developing specialized expertise in hardening a fleet of over 3000 kiosk computers running the Microsoft Windows operating system (and CLEAR enrollment/verification software), Andrew played an instrumental role in the system architecture for two new products from CLEAR: TSA PreCheck by CLEAR, and Health Pass by CLEAR. Prior to CLEAR, Andrew spent seven years as a penetration tester with NCC Group, serving repeat customers across verticals such as: banking, retail, automotive + aerospace engine manufacturing, social media, wireless (cellular), and (public) cloud. Prior to NCC Group, Andrew was a researcher for iSEC Partners, where he was responsible for developing and responsibly disclosing exploits that allowed for the wiretapping of calls, text messages, and mobile data sessions belonging to arbitrary Verizon Wireless customers. Alex has dedicated the past eleven years of work to cybersecurity for marine transportation and port facilities, which began as operational research on the potential safety impacts of cyber to vessel navigation and cargo operations, then later culminated in the co-founding and establishment of True North Group LLC. True North provides managed cybersecurity services for marine transportation and logistics, with the mission of helping clients defend against cyber threats to keep business and cargo moving. He is a master mariner and a commissioned state maritime pilot in Massachusetts with thirty years of experience in the industry, thirteen of which were at sea in maritime trade, military sealift, and specialty maritime operations.

Alex serves as Chair and co-founder of the Maritime Exchange for Digital Security (MEDS), and previously served the industry as Co-Chair of the US Department of State’s Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) Maritime Security Working Group (MSWG). He first joined McKesson in 2009 and has spent the past 14 years serving in roles of increasing responsibility across operations, analytics, finance, and category management within the McKesson Medical Surgical alternate site and U.S. Pharmaceutical core distribution businesses. Most recently, he led Generics Sourcing for ClarusONE Sourcing Services, a McKesson-Walmart joint venture providing responsible, best-in-class generic pharmaceutical sourcing services that lower costs for its members and their customers.

Heather Zenk, R.Ph., PharmD., is President of the US Supply Chain, Cencora. In this role, she has responsibly for the entire distribution network of human and animal health products, as well as developing and implementing traceability business processes and technology that will enhance patient safety, further secure the pharmaceutical supply chain, and create broader service offerings to manufacturer partners and Cencora customers. In addition, Heather also manages customer support, business enablement efforts, in addition to replenishment and manufacturer operations covering manufacturer programs and data.

Heather’s combination of operational skills and business acumen uniquely positioned her to lead Cencora’s COVID-19 response team. In this capacity, she served as a vital resource to our associates, hospital systems and dispenser customers, as well as our manufacturer partners helping them navigate the complexities that COVID-19 brought to the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Heather has 20 years of pharmacy, procurement, distribution, and supply chain experience, which she has utilized in her career at Cencora including that of SVP, Replenishment and Manufacturer Operations, Vice President, Distribution Center Manager at the Chicago Distribution Center, SAP business liaison; and running operations at the Canadian Distribution network.

Heather received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph, MN, and a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota.
