HDA recognizes the safety of all of those attending Distribution Management Conference & Expo in-person at the JW Marriott Austin as a top priority. HDA is committed to following CDC, state/local government and the JW Marriott Austin COVID-19 health and safety guidelines for in-person events.
HDA COVID-19 Policy
At the 2022 Distribution Management Conference & Expo, HDA encourages attendees to take any necessary precautions to protect themselves and fellow attendees including mask wearing, hand washing, social distancing and any additional CDC guidance.HDA COVID-19 policy requires all attendees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (received two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or one dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine by February 20, 2022) Prior to attendees’ arrival, a form will be sent to use to upload vaccination cards. HDA COVID-19 policy and requirements are subject to change.
