Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company at no additional charge until Monday, January 26, 2026. After Monday, January 26, 2026, a $225 processing fee will apply for any substitutions. 

Cancellation requests must be submitted to HDA by Monday, January 26, 2026, for a full refund. A $300 processing fee applies to cancellations received after Monday, January 26, 2026, until Friday, February 20, 2026. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations made after Friday, February 20, 2026.
