In his current role with Cardinal Health Distribution Quality as Director of Quality Management, he is responsible for quality management systems, temperature management, DSCSA compliance, analytics, and specialty distribution compliance.

   

  Chris led the development of several innovative and sustainable cold chain packaging systems for Cardinal Health that has been recognized throughout the industry by various awards, speaking invitations, and publications.

   

  Chris is a member of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Packaging and Distribution Expert Committee, Co-Chair of the Storage and Transportation Sub-Committee, Expert Panel Member, and author/co-author of numerous general chapters and USP peer-reviewed articles.

   

  Chris is a board member of the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) Pharma Group and co-author of several publications, to include best practice guidelines and white papers.
  

   

  Additionally, Chris is a co-author of several Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) Technical Reports covering temperature management including last-mile delivery.

   

  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University in Political Science and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior.

   

  Chris is a classical guitarist, life-long photographer, traveler, and passionate about being outside with family and friends.

  He initiated his career in the pharmacy field at Rite Aid, where he undertook various roles with escalating responsibilities. Prior to joining IQVIA in 2011, he was employed by other pharmaceutical information firms like Verispan and SDI. Scott holds a BS degree in Accounting from Penn State University and has nearly three decades of experience working with pharmacy data. In his capacity at IQVIA, Scott collaborates with retailers, software vendors, and various data suppliers, helping them gain insights into their market performance through business reviews and market analysis.

   

  Scott resides in Ludington, MI, with his wife and three children. He enjoys woodworking, honing his shooting skills, and volunteering. He actively contributes to his community through service on county boards, involvement with his church, and with the Mason County Sheriff's Office. Additionally, Scott and his wife are dedicated advocates for organizations aimed at combating human trafficking.   Mr. Davis joined HDA in March 2020 from the Association of Accessible Medicines (AAM), the nation’s leading trade association for manufacturers of generic and biosimilar medicines, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2015.   Aaron Graham currently serves as a Senior Fellow at the Center on Shadow Economics. In this role, Aaron is focused on conducting research and presenting intelligence on the Business of Crime, especially how it impacts access to healthcare and safe and affordable medicine for vulnerable patients living in underserved communities.
  

   

  Aaron previously served as a global security executive with companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Pfizer, Apple, and Purdue Pharma. Before transitioning to private industry, Aaron began his federal law enforcement career as a Special Agent for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration with tours in San Francisco, CA, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and Tucson, AZ. In addition to conducting undercover drug smuggling and money laundering investigations, Aaron also served on the DEA SWAT team. Aaron’s DEA assignment in Guadalajara has been featured in Netflix Narcos Mexico – Season 3. Aaron subsequently served as a Special Agent - Team Leader for the FDA - Office of Criminal Investigations, where he directed undercover investigations targeting suspects responsible for trafficking in counterfeit, illicit, and illegally diverted prescription medicines.

   

  Aaron has appeared as an industry expert on NBC Dateline – Bitter Pills, National Geographic’s documentary Illicit: The Dark Trade, and as a moderator for several US Congressional hearings on the dangers of counterfeit medicine.

   Aaron has received several awards throughout his career, including the FBI LEEDA Innovators Award, The American Police Hall of Fame President’s National Medal of Patriotism, PhRMA’s We Work for Health Champions Award, and the NABP Henry Cade Memorial Award.

  Larry Houck provides counsel on regulatory and enforcement actions by the Drug Enforcement Administration
  

  (“DEA”).  His career encompasses over 38 years conducting inspections, investigations and negotiating on behalf of both the government and industry.  Mr. Houck focuses on controlled substances, prescription drugs, and regulated chemicals, helping clients navigate federal and state licensing, registration, and compliance issues.  His focus is also on marijuana/cannabis regulation, including cannabidiol (“CBD”) and hemp.

   

  Mr. Houck counsels clients throughout the closed controlled substance supply chain on administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings.  In situations where registrants face enforcement action, Mr. Houck has extensive understanding of DEA’s approach and priorities.  He advises pharmaceutical and chemical registrants, including manufacturers, distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities, on DEA inspections and accountability audits.  By working with clients on their regulatory policies and practices, he helps create the infrastructure to ensure compliant accountability, recordkeeping, reporting and security.

   

  Before joining Hyman, Phelps & McNamara in 2001, Mr. Houck served as a DEA diversion investigator and

  policy staff coordinator.  As a diversion investigator in the Washington, D.C. and Portland, Oregon, field offices, Mr.
  Houck conducted a full range of regulatory and criminal investigations and inspections of controlled substance and chemical registrants.  While serving as a staff coordinator for DEA’s Office of Diversion Control’s Liaison and Policy, he advised government officials and pharmaceutical and healthcare professionals on the Controlled Substance Act (“CSA”) and its regulations.  Mr. Houck drafted and helped implement DEA’s controlled substance regulations on numerous diversion control issues, including pain management.

  Dave Mason is currently the Director of Supply Chain compliance and Serialization – Dave supports the Commercial Trade and Supply Chain teams, supporting the implementation of DSCSA for the Novartis group.  Leading efforts to assure Novartis error rates are six sigman or less by assuring procedures are in place for serialization data quality and integrity, improving existing serialization processes and systems as information is provided by supply chain partners on the DSCSA processes.  Dave represents Novartis in trade association, PDG and FDA public meetings. He communicates to the NTO Global Serialization team with new and existing requirements for other countries, and he assures that the validation approach is consistent within the organization and execution at the sites. Dave also supports the team to develop to support serialization as it is integrated into the normal business processes.  Dave has worked on serialization since 2003 in California and helped implement global solutions.

  Ullrich Mayeski is the Customer Success Director for Healthcare- Pharmaceutical at GS1US, bringing over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. He began his career as an attorney in Chicago, IL, before working as an investigator within the US Department of Justice. Since then, Ullrich has assumed various leadership roles within pharmaceutical and medical distribution companies, third-party logistics providers, and start-ups focused on logistics and distribution.
  His expertise spans operations and logistics, quality & regulatory affairs, and legal compliance. Ullrich has guided organizations in meeting regulatory standards concerning the handling of prescription drugs, medical devices, and over-the-counter products, including adherence to the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and other federal and state requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Valparaiso University (IN), a Juris Doctor from Regent

  Mike’s responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient safety and further secure the U.S. pharmaceutical supply chain. He represents Pfizer externally on various customer engagements and industry interactions related to channel security and works closely with internal Pfizer colleagues to implement approved strategies. Mike has been directly involved with Pfizer’s global projects to implement serialization and is responsible for ensuring compliance with the U.S. Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) requirements. He also works closely with Pfizer’s Global Security organization as it relates to investigations of suspected counterfeit or adulterated Pfizer products and is an active member of GS1 US Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Distribution Security Alliance (PDSA) and the Partnership for DSCSA Governance (PDG). Mike has worked within the pharmaceutical industry for over 31 years with most of that time spent in trade operations at Pfizer.

  Scott Mooney is Vice President of Distribution Operations at McKesson Corporation. His primary responsibilities are assuring product integrity through regulatory compliance and traceability. Scott leads McKesson’s Traceability Team working on implementation across McKesson’s various business units.

   

  Scott joined McKesson in 1987 and had previous roles in Finance, Distribution Center Management and as a Regional Vice President of Distribution Operations. Scott has participated in McKesson’s integration of acquisitions over the last 16 years.

   

  Scott has been active in HDA’s Traceability Workgroup, the HDA Industry Relations Council and participates in several committees including the FGAC, RAC and SGAC. He is tri-chair of GS1 Global Healthcare Leadership Team and is a member of the GS1 US Healthcare Executive Leadership Committee.  Scott is serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Partnership for DSCSA Governance as well.
