Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be emailed to HDA by Friday, March 6, 2026, for a full refund. Cancellations received in between Friday, March 6, 2026 and Friday, March 20, 2026 will be subject to a $175 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations made after Friday, March 20, 2026. Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company at no additional charge until Friday, March 6, 2026. A $125 processing fee will apply for any substitutions received after Friday, March 6, 2026.
