  Prior to Logistiq Scott lead the Transportation Division at Travelers Insurance where he worked 25yrs building an innovative and industry recognized brand of quality and customer service that brought new standards to the industry.
  

  Scott led the effort in creating the first ever fully dedicated cargo theft unit housed within an insurance carrier in [2005], known as the Special Investigations Group (SIG). He is also the lead and co-inventor of multiple patented processes for methods and systems that provide customized risk mitigation and recovery solutions to insurance customers.
   

  He has more than 30 years’ experience conducting investigations specializing in cargo theft and transportation, internal theft, embezzlement, and corporate investigations.
  
  Scott regularly partners with law enforcement and cargo task forces nationwide and has been invited to the White House Economic Counsel to advise on the issues of Cargo theft, supply chain security and its impact on the economy. He has testified for the Congressional Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Supporting Cargo Theft Legislative Efforts and has worked directly with the DOT and FMCSA in their efforts to minimize Criminal Strategic Theft Efforts across the supply chain.
  
  Currently Scott serves as the Chairman of the Transported Asset Protection Association, Americas chapter, (TAPA) a nonprofit organization that is the largest global organization dedicated to supply chain security standards and education. He currently also serves on the TIA Cargo Fraud Task Force.
  
  He is a recognized leading expert in cargo theft and prevention, having been an instructor and speaker at numerous industry engagements, including the ATA, TCA, TIA, IANA, International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU), Miami Dade PD Cargo, Midwest Cargo Summit, Texas Cargo Summit, Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA), Transportation Legal Council (TLC), and the National Cargo Theft Law Enforcement Summit.

  Anthony C. Correll is a national security and counterintelligence professional serving as a Detective Lieutenant with the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (NJOHSP).   Chuck Forsaith is the Vice President of the Healthcare Distribution Alliance’s Pharmaceutical Cargo Security Coalition (PCSC), which offers supply chain security intelligence; access to contacts from industry, government, and vendor trade disciplines; as well as education opportunities to its membership. The Coalition, which Forsaith formed in 2006, brings together professionals from a wide variety of disciplines, to monitor the security of pharmaceutical goods in transit and storage, all over the world. The PCSC became part of HDA in 2017.

  Forsaith has been involved in pharmaceutical supply chain security for more than 20 years, following a career as both a New Hampshire municipal and State Police officer. He also, directed security operations for a United States military intelligence gathering installation.

  Michael Rutherford is the first Assistant Secretary of the Office of Multimodal Freight Infrastructure and Policy at the U.S. Department of Transportation. He has over two decades of private-sector experience in transportation and consumer good where he developed a deep appreciation for the significance of supply chains, from upstream sourcing to final distribution. Through these experiences Rutherford became familiar with the opportunities and challenges of multimodal connectivity. While working at the railroad, he often engaged supply chain partners to speed goods to market – from trucks and barges to ports and transloading facilities.
  Previously he served at CSX, a Class I Railroad in the eastern U.S. During his tenure he managed a wide range of commodities and markets including aggregates, agriculture, automotive, chemicals, intermodal, fertilizers, forest products, metals, municipal waste and more. He participated in various strategic initiatives such as launching the UMAX interline container program in conjunction with Union Pacific, championing 50-foot boxcar reinvestments and assisting customers during the roll-out of Precision Scheduled Railroading (PSR). He chaired the CSX Intermodal Technology Steering Committee and the Rail Sub-Committee for the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA), working in close coordination with U.S. TRANSCOM. He was also a member of the Board for the Indiana Rail Road Company. Prior to that he worked in consumer goods at Johnson & Johnson and Adidas in Europe.
  Rutherford earned a Bachelor of Science in International Finance & Commerce at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, where he graduated as a Krogh Scholar. He later earned a Master of International Economics & Management at SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. A native of Florida, he met his wife in Rome, whom he then married in 2003. His daughter is now a freshman and Undergraduate Research Scholar at the University of Florida; his son is in the seventh grade at a local Catholic school.

  Krista Valenzuela is the Bureau Chief of Cyber Threat Outreach & Partnerships (CTOP) at the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness’ New Jersey Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell (NJCCIC). The NJCCIC is responsible for spreading awareness of current cyber threats, tactics, and techniques; promoting cybersecurity best practices; and partnering with critical infrastructure, businesses, organizations, and individuals around the State and beyond to reduce cyber risk. Mrs. Valenzuela has worked for the NJCCIC for over ten years and previously worked for the US Department of Defense.
