The Distribution Management Conference (DMC) and Expo is HDA's largest supply chain education event, attended by more than 600 manufacturers, distributors, consultants and third parties who keep the pharmaceutical distribution industry moving. The conference immerses attendees in topics related to the healthcare supply chain and provides a forum to engage in operational and strategic discussions.

The HDA Pharmaceutical Cargo Security Coalition (PCSC) Educational Seminar brings together those within healthcare, as well as many other industries, that ship and store sensitive, high-risk/high-value products — anywhere in the world. Held annually since 2006, this supply chain security educational event provides interactive instruction, with both indoor and outdoor activities, as well as case-study discussions. Attendees are introduced to government law enforcement and regulatory personnel (and vice-versa) to enhance knowledge of supply chain security best practices.

This intensive training program is designed for individuals who serve as the primary GDP compliance lead within their organization. The course provides a detailed review of all GDP guideline chapters and prepares participants to ensure medicinal products are controlled, stored and transported in a compliant manner, interpret regulatory requirements and oversee compliant operational systems.

The senior executives of HDA’s active distributor member companies come together at the Annual Board and Membership Meeting to set the Alliance's strategy for the coming year and discuss developments in health policy and the pharmaceutical supply chain with national experts and thought leaders.

The CEO Roundtable is the HDA Research Foundation’s annual fundraiser and helps to support the Foundation’s mission to increase supply chain efficiency and effectiveness as well as to enhance patient safety.

All proceeds from the event will support the Foundation's efforts to produce thought leadership, research and education on critical distribution sector issues.
