  Andrew Boyle was co-president and is now an advisor to Boyle Transportation, a firm that provides secure, validated transportation services to select clients in the biotech/pharmaceutical and government/defense sectors. Boyle is a subsidiary of Andlauer Healthcare Group, a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed provider of healthcare logistics services. Prior to returning to the company in 2003, Andrew was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an AB from Bowdoin College, where his academic performance was undistinguished and his athletic career was underwhelming.
  From 2023-2024, Andrew served as chairman of the American Trucking Associations. He’s on the boards of the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI), Northwestern University’s Transportation Center, and Eastern Bank. In 2024 he joined the board of Birdseye Security Solutions, a portfolio company of Greylion Capital.

  Edward F. Davis is the President and CEO of The Edward Davis Company, a business strategy and security services firm. Davis has brought together a team of security and technology solutions experts including former federal, state, local law enforcement, military, researchers and attorneys with strong connections to esteemed academic institutions, national and international governing and intelligence entities. The Davis team lends their expertise to Government and Fortune 500 companies on crisis response, risk management, site assessments, facility security design, audit and compliance, thought leadership and policy, government consulting, cyber/IoT mitigation and management and product strategy.

  Davis has been in law enforcement for 35 years. He served as the Police Commissioner of the City of Boston from December 2006 until October 2013. He led the highly successful response to the Boston Marathon bombing. Prior to that, Davis was the Superintendent of the Lowell Police Department.

  Commissioner Davis has also worked internationally, on police issues in Singapore, London, Northern Ireland, Jordan and Israel and the Palestinian territories. Commissioner Davis served on the Police Executive Research Forum’s (PERF) Board of Directors and the Major Cities Chiefs Association board. He was a founding member and first President of the Massachusetts Major City Chiefs Association.

  In 2013 Davis testified before Congressional and Senate hearings on terrorism. In February 2016, the Commissioner testified before the United States Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs’ hearing titled “Frontline Response to Terrorism in America.” In 2015, Davis also testified for the defense as an expert witness in a Rhode Island court on police practices in a motion for a new trial on a twenty-five (25) year old homicide case. The incarcerated suspect was released after decades in prison.

  He has received a Masters Degree from Anna Maria College and Honorary Doctorates from Northeastern and Suffolk Universities and the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He was a Fellow at The Institute of Politics, Harvard University.

  Chuck Forsaith is the Vice President of the Healthcare Distribution Alliance’s Pharmaceutical Cargo Security Coalition (PCSC), which offers supply chain security intelligence; access to contacts from industry, government, and vendor trade disciplines; as well as education opportunities to its membership. The Coalition, which Forsaith formed in 2006, brings together professionals from a wide variety of disciplines, to monitor the security of pharmaceutical goods in transit and storage, all over the world. The PCSC became part of HDA in 2017.

  Forsaith has been involved in pharmaceutical supply chain security for more than 20 years, following a career as both a New Hampshire municipal and State Police officer. He also, directed security operations for a United States military intelligence gathering installation.

   

  He has lectured both domestically and internationally in the disciplines of supply chain and site security for such organizations as the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Food and Drug
  

  Administration, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency, United States Customs, the United States Merchant Marine Academy, the Partnership for Safe Medicines, ASIS and TAPA. He is an active member of the American Society of Industrial Security, the Transported Asset Protection Association, the Overseas Security Advisory Council and the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators.

   

  Forsaith has either authored articles for, or been featured in articles published in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the UK's London Times, Germany's Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, the Financial Times, Business Week, American Shipper, Security Info Watch, Life Science Reader, Security Technology Executive, Cargo Security International and Homeland Security Today.

  Cynthia Hetherington, OSC, CFE is the Founder and CEO of Hetherington Group (Hg), a consulting, publishing, managed services, and training firm that leads in due diligence, corporate intelligence, and cyber investigations. She applies her expertise in library science and information systems to provide strategic insight into research and complex investigations. She has helped clients with thousands of cases involving internet investigations related to employees, intellectual property, and reputation management, uncovering relations between fraudulent associates and their assets using online sources and databases, and executing boots-on-the-ground operations. Her international investigations for Fortune 500 companies have honed her research skills in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
  

   

  She founded the OSINT Academy, a division of Hg, training thousands of investigators, security professionals, attorneys, accountants, auditors, military intelligence professionals, and federal, state, and local agencies on best practices. She leads a division of the OSINT Academy that is part of the National Cybersecurity Workforce Development Program funded by the NSA in collaboration with Dakota State University, the NSA, and Hetherington Group to provide comprehensive cyber intelligence instruction.

  She is an Adjunct Instructor in the College of Applied Science & Technology (CAST) at the University of Arizona and was a faculty member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
  

   

  In 2024, Cynthia Hetherington will release "OSINT: The Authoritative Guide to Due Diligence," her fifth industry-leading reference book on cyber investigations. She is also the founder of OSMOSIS, the Association for Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Professionals, which issues the industry's Open-Source Certification credential, the OSC.

   

  She mentors women and other underrepresented populations in the digital sphere, serves as a keynote speaker, and contributes at women-focused technology events and conferences across the U.S. She is a member of the Women in Security Forum and the Women’s Presidents Organization and serves on the Board of Advisors for Raven and the Board of Directors for Skull Games. She collaborates with The National Center for Women and Information Technology, CybHER.org, and RocketGirls at CyberSpace Camps at the Kennedy Space Center.

   

  She has been recognized as Women in IT USA’s 2022 Security Leader of the Year and the 2023 Advocate of the Year.

  Mr. Orosz began working for CBP in 1995 as a Customs Inspector at JFK Airport in New York. During his time at JFK he was a member of the Anti-Terrorism Contraband Enforcement Team and was a National Instructor for Customs and Border Protection.
  
  Mr. Orosz has been with the C-TPAT program since its inception in 2003 and served as a supervisor in the C-TPAT Newark Field Office. He is now currently assigned as an Assistant Director in the newly established Pharmaceutical, Health and Chemical Center of Excellence and Expertise in New York City.

  Mike Walsh is the Regional Sales Director for SICPA Securink Corporation, the leading global provider of security inks and systems for anti-counterfeiting and brand protection. Mike leads SICPA’s secure card business in North America, helping to provide security features and systems for credit, gift and ID cards. Mike also supports SICPA’s security labels business. He was instrumental in development of a program with the American Fireworks Standards Laboratory (AFSL) to supply a SICPA security label for fireworks.

  Mike began his career as a law enforcement officer for the Putnam County Sherriff’s Office. He then moved on to work as a Customer Service Manager for Scharr Industries, a film converting company in Connecticut who was acquired by ITW during Mike’s tenure. After this, Mike spent considerable time in the plastic cards industry, working for American BankNote Holographics as an Account Manager before joining SICPA in 2008.

  Mike resides in Brewster, New York and is a sports enthusiast. He has two sons, one who is a marine, one who is studying to become a veterinarian.
