This report explores proposed drug importation policy — in general, and with an emphasis on federal legislation proposed since 2013. Based on expert interviews, literature reviews and quantitative data modeling, the report analyzes policies for their commercial feasibility, operational costs to the supply chain and overall effects on patient safety.
