Make Critical Connections Through Business Appointments

HDA's Business and Leadership Conference (BLC) provides an opportunity to meet with more than 700 supply chain executives for nearly three days of productive business meetings.

Highlights include: 

  • Two-and-a-half days of productive one-on-one business appointments, saving your company time and money by providing easy access to your valued trading partners; 
  • The Service Provider Pavilion, which provides the opportunity to meet with companies who can help your company prepare for DSCSA implementation, institute safe and secure data management solutions or provide reverse logistics solutions, to name just a few of the services provided by companies in the pavilion; and, 
  • The chance to network with top-level executives and peers — the conference typically hosts upwards of 125 companies each year.

Appointments will be held during the following times:

Monday, June 10

10:20 AM–12:00 PM,
1:15 PM–4:35 PM

Tuesday, June 11

9:00 AM–11:55 AM,
1:35 PM–6:10 PM

Wednesday, June 12

9:00 AM–11:55 AM

Conference Coordinators

BLC meeting coordinators are primary points of contact for your company, who receive and act on the critical information required to prepare your company for the key milestones of the business appointment process. 

BLC meeting coordinator responsibilities include: 

  • Acting as your organization’s point of contact for the conference; 
  • Registering your team members for the conference; 
  • Entering table topics and table captains (distributors); 
  • Assigning individuals to specific tables (distributors) and teams (manufacturers); 
  • Assisting in the appointment request process; and, 
  • Maintaining and updating your company’s information.
