HDA has negotiated a special room block specifically for our event attendees at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. All conference attendees should make every effort to stay at the official event hotel. Supporting the official hotel room block allows HDA staff to resolve any hotel reservation disputes, ensures attendees receive all applicable discounts and materials, maximizes their conference experience and assists HDA in maintaining affordable, quality programming.

Reservations: Check In: 4:00 PM | Check Out: 11:00 AM
Room rates are $319 per night (single/double occupancy) plus taxes and a discounted $15 resort fee.
Reservations will require a credit card and a deposit for one room night. Reservations at the group rate are available on a first-come, first-served basis until Friday, February 16, 2024. After this date, the hotel will only accept reservations at the HDA group rate based on space and rate availability. Make changes or cancellations directly with the hotel. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than one day prior to arrival.

We highly recommend you secure a hotel room prior to booking travel.
All changes and cancellations should be communicated directly to the hotel. Rooms cancelled less than three days from the scheduled arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night, plus applicable taxes. Early departures and no-shows will be treated as cancellations and charged according to this policy.
