Negative self-talk can cause professionals at any career level to doubt their successes and talents. On Tuesday, May 14, at 2:00 p.m. (ET), HDA’s employee resource groups (ERGs) will host a free webinar, sponsored by the Women's Employee Network (WEN), on overcoming these doubts, also known as "impostor syndrome."
 
Led by renowned impostor syndrome expert Dr. Valerie Young, the webinar’s first session will cover what impostor syndrome is, where it comes from and how it impacts organizations. Attendees will leave with practical and immediately usable strategies to help themselves, teammates and direct reports address impostor syndrome and break the habit of negative self-talk. During the second session at 3:00 p.m. (ET), Dr. Young will connect directly with participants to help identify how impostor syndrome is showing up in their work and construct a personalized action plan.
