    Rethinking Impostor Syndrome™ Deeper Dive
    Session 2: Immediately following session 1, this 30-minute interactive deeper dive is aimed at anyone attending session 1 who is interested in exploring how impostor syndrome shows up in their work/life, identify costs to themselves and their team/department, and construct a personalized plan of action.
     
    This optional deeper dive session offers the opportunity to:
    • Explore your personal pattern, including identifying potential costs of impostor syndrome to yourself and your organization;
    • Combine this information with knowledge gained in session 1 to craft an alternative vision that recognizes you as yourself as the capable, competent person you really are; and,
    • Ask additional questions.
