HDA Executive Committee

The Executive Committee consists of the members of the Board of Directors representing each distributor member at the capped dues level, and an equal number plus one of the board members representing distributor members not at the capped dues level, as selected by the board. Among the members of the Executive Committee is a chairperson and a vice-chairperson. The president and CEO is an ex officio non-voting member of the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee's authority includes approval of the association’s annual budget and the execution of priorities, policies and positions of the organization as identified and developed by the Board of Directors.

HDA Board of Directors

HDA is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for identification and development of priorities, policies and positions of the organization. The Board of Directors is made up of a corporate officer of each distributor member that chooses to be represented. The president and CEO is an ex officio non-voting member of the board.
